This notice describes how information is handled on rmhuneidi.com, Ryan M. Huneidi’s personal professional website. It covers this site; the organizations and external websites linked from the resume have their own privacy practices.

When you contact me

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. This information is used to read and respond to your inquiry and discuss the opportunity or project you describe. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message.

Messages are stored as contact submissions in WordPress and sent to the site owner’s email inbox using the site’s email delivery service. Contact submissions are retained until manually deleted. The site’s mail delivery logs are configured for 14-day retention. Correspondence in the recipient’s mailbox is managed separately and may remain after the website submission is deleted.

Analytics and cookie choices

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use its pages. Analytics can process information about pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device, and cookie identifiers. The analytics consent banner lets you allow or decline optional analytics. Use the Cookie preferences control to reopen your choice; the preference cookie is configured to expire after 30 days.

Essential functions, including security, anti-spam protection, administration and contact-form delivery, operate separately from optional analytics. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect some features.

Security, spam prevention and service providers

Hosting, content delivery, security, email and website maintenance providers help operate this site. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security events. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the site. CleanTalk checks form activity for spam and abuse and may process submitted information and technical signals for that purpose. Authorized administrators can access contact submissions to maintain the site and respond to inquiries.

External links and images

The resume links to LinkedIn, Credly, company websites and case studies. Following a link takes you to that provider’s site. Some credential images load from Credly’s image service; requesting these images shares ordinary network information such as your IP address and browser details with that service.

Requests about your information

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or report a privacy concern, use the contact form and identify the earlier inquiry. Identity verification may be needed before disclosing or changing personal information. Deleting a website submission does not automatically remove separately retained email correspondence or provider records.
